Paste one URL to test it, or several to sweep a site. A healthy page takes about 3 seconds;
a suspect one takes about twice that, because the scanner re-loads it with the cache defeated —
the optimizer's own bypass switch (?nowprocket and friends) where one is fingerprinted, a generic
cache-buster otherwise — and compares the two renders to prove whether the fault is the
cache/optimizer layer or the site itself.
